Whatever your goal, the way you go about achieving it makes all the difference.
Individualized coaching means you get the right plan for you. Everytime.
At Quantum, we do private training in two ways
so you get all the benefits while staying on track and on budget.
Option 1: Traditional.
Option 1 is what most people think of when they hear “personal training.” Your coach will design your workout routine and coach you through it each time you train. Lebron James brings his trainer with him everywhere for a reason. This is a proven method for getting results!
Option 2: Hybrid.
You’ll have a weekly or monthly private lesson with your coach and receive a totally customized fitness and nutrition plan. When you’re not working one-on-one, you’ll train in a small group of like minded people that’s actively supervised by one of our coaches. You’ll save money, but get all the benefits of a custom plan, daily coaching, and never wondering if you’re doing the wrong thing.
These are our
Two Most Common Programs
Technique Tune-up
Can’t train with us all the time but want experienced coaches to check your form and offer suggestions about your training program?
Even if you can’t train with us regularly, you’ll be surprised at how much you can take away from even one session. Sessions cost $90-$100.
Hundreds of people have taken our popular Technique Tune-ups, doing 1-3 sessions. Like them, we guarantee you’ll be impressed by what you take away.
On-Going Memberships
Whatever your goal, how you go about achieving it makes all the difference. A customized plan will always give a better result.
Our personal training memberships start at only $85/week, and they give you a tailor made fitness and nutrition plan, unlimited access to the gym (including all classes), and the opportunity to be coached daily.
Plus, our get-started specials include a some free bonus lessons to kick start your results!
Personal training
…is usually the best fit if you need help in one of these three areas:
Technique
Want to learn the right way to perform an exercise for your body? One-on-one coaching can’t be beat. If you have an injury, need a technique tune-up, or want to learn a new skill, consider a private lesson.
Accountability
One-on-one sessions provide structure and consistency. This makes staying consistent easier. That means better results.
Adjustments
When you have the full attention of your coach, we can adjust the workout on the fly. We can work around an injury. Change the workout if you didn’t get enough sleep. Or change focus mid-way if needed.
Here’s How
We Do Private Coaching Better
We Prepare.
We’re professionals. That means our job starts before your session. We’ve done our thinking and developed the plan for your session well before we meet.
Set a Goal.
You’ll always stay on track because before each session we’ll set a goal for what we want to achieve in it By the end, we’ll make sure we accomplished exactly that.
Follow-up.
Your session isn’t done when the hour’s up. We’ll give you homework, summarize key points from the session, and we’re available on email for all those questions you only think of on the drive home.
