What to expect.

First, we want to learn about you so we can figure out what kind of program is going to deliver results for you. What do you want to accomplish and where are you starting? What could hold you back and how can we eliminate any obstacles before they develop?

Second, we need to spend some time working together so you can get a feel for our style. Signing up for a gym should be wonderful and exciting. We want you to feel that.

Third, you probably have plenty of questions, like:

  • do I have to be in shape to start?

  • how do I know if this program will fit my needs?

  • what kind of results can I expect, and on what timeline?

  • how often do I need to train?

We’ll take the time to answer any and all questions until you’re completely confident.
